The Bureau of Criminal Investigations is investigating the armed robbery of Abell’s Tavern in Callaway, which occurred at approximately 10 p.m. on February 4.
Two white men entered the establishment and while attempting to remove the cash register were confronted by an employee. One suspect threatened the employee with a handgun and the suspects fled with the register containing an undisclosed amount of currency.
