On February 1 at 1:29 a.m., officers responded to the Dash-In at 3620 Mattawoman Beantown Road in Waldorf for the report of a robbery.
Investigation revealed the suspect entered the store and approached the clerk with an item to purchase. During the transaction, the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled to a dark-colored SUV which was parked on the side of the business. Officers canvassed the area and processed the scene for evidence.
