Deputy David Goff responded to the reported domestic dispute at a Lexington Park residence.
Once on the scene Deputy Goff summoned an ambulance for the victim for a head injury. It was determined that the victim was struck in the back of the head with a porcelain figurine. The Suspect, Amos Samuel Milburn Jr. (Age 27 of Lexington Park) had fled the scene.
Deputy Goff applied for and received charges through a Criminal Summons for Second Degree Assault and served them on Milburn.
