Michael Caruso is a passionate journalist with a focus on environmental issues and new technologies. A lifelong resident of the Southern/Central Maryland area, he currently lives in Silver Spring. Michael enjoys the local culture, festivals, and the proximity to the Chesapeake Bay. His favorite local spot is Luna Blu Ristorante Italiano in Annapolis. Outside of writing, he plays guitar and volunteers for environmental initiatives, such as park clean-ups. Michael began his journalism career in 2019, covering consumer electronics, and has since expanded his writing to include a wide range of topics over the past five years.
