Autocross is a fun and safe way for to test driving skills and the performance of your car against other drivers in vehicles of similar performance level. Each driver is placed in a class based on their car’s performance potential, which includes modifications, and their autocrossing experience. There are Novice classes, Open classes and Ladies classes–but some women choose to run in the Open classes with the men and even 2 classes for kids 8-11 &12-18. Entry field of 80 is expected. 2nd event in a 2011 7 event series.
There is no spectator fee.

Registration is still open for the 2nd championship event in the 2011 Autocrossers Inc season. This event is on Saturday, May 14 at Blue Crabs stadium in Waldorf, MD.
This event will feature 4 morning and 4 afternoon runs. We will reversing the course for the afternoon runs. Championship points will be awarded for both morning and afternoon finishing positions (ie if you finish 1st both times you get twice the championship points). There will be a break after the morning runs for lunch and course walks. Lunch will be provided and consist of hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, chips, cookies, and fountain soft drinks.
Registration for the event is $60 for SCCA members and $70 for non-SCCA members. A limited number of additional lunches will be available for purchase at $10/each. Please contact the registrar for information about purchasing extra lunches.
This event is limited to a total of 80 entrants. Once we hit the entry cap we will not accept any more entrants. Walk-up registrations will only be accepted on a space available basis and will include a $10 late registration fee.
