At 7:54 p.m. March 16 at 7:54 p.m., a male suspect entered the Chaney Enterprises building located at 12480 Mattawoman Drive in Waldorf and attempted to gain entry into American Car Rental and State Farm Insurance, whose offices are located inside the building.
The suspect also attempted to gain access to Chaney Enterprises on the third floor but was unsuccessful in forcing entry through the locked stairwell door.
The suspect fled undetected, and is described as a black male between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall. He weighs about 180 pounds and is between 22 and 25 years of age.
He is unshaven and was wearing a black jacket, jeans and a black “do-rag.”
