PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Shawn Christopher Starcher, age 51 of St. Leonard. Starcher is wanted for Violation of Probation: Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol.
