Revenue Enhancements
WATCH OUT! don’t you think spending 15 hours on this to try to get a straight answer …. is enough? I have a yes from insurance, thats sufficient. This is going to be a state- by- state thing, but, apparently, insurance is allowed to charge if someone receives a red light camera ticket, a speed camera ticket, or a parking ticket. The parking ticket I’m still iffy on. But, if they’re tickets & convictions, the insurance is allowed to charge for them. Whether they do or not is a different story. You have to go over your insurance policy to see if you’re being charged with camera letters. The communications, since they probably won’t be a on a CLUE report, is they end- up, somehow, on your MVA report, or perhaps its a court notification. However your insurance finds out, including you tell them, the insurance may be charging you for photo citations. FYI.
