Charles County Speed Camera Locations For The Weeks Of October 27 And November 3

WALDORF, Md. – The Charles County Sheriff’s Office announced the automated speed enforcement cameras will be in the following school zones for the weeks of October 27 and November 3:

  • Smallwood Dr. at Wade Elementary School
  • Middletown Rd. at Westlake High School
  • Oliver’s Shop Rd. at T.C. Martin Elementary School
  • Livingston Rd. at J.C. Parks Elementary School
  • Indian Head Hwy. at Indian Head Elementary School
  • Lancaster Cir. at Barnhart Elementary School

  1. the driving in this area. This comment is not an effort to defend speed cameras. I wonder, if the police were asked to give up off duty speeding for a week in an effort to prevent auto accidents, would they do it? the sirens, the bright lights, the middle of the road partys, all of it, taking off in a helicopter, watching a helicopter land. Accidents are not cool. Please find another way to get your 15 minutes of fame.
