LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — St. Mary’s County Recreation & Parks is looking ahead to spring with the announcement of the 2026 Cherry Blossom Festival, scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at Lexington Manor Passive Park in Lexington Park.
The free, family-friendly event will be held from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 21675 South Coral Drive, and will offer activities and entertainment for all ages. Attendees can enjoy a variety of vendors, local community organizations, interactive activities, live demonstrations, and multiple food trucks throughout the afternoon.
Recreation & Parks officials are also inviting businesses and organizations to participate as sponsors or supporters. A range of sponsorship levels is available, each offering unique promotional benefits tied to the annual festival.
Beginning Thursday, Dec. 18, Cherry Blossom Festival sponsorship registration will open through Recreation & Parks’ new online registration platform, CivicPlus, under the Sponsorship & Donations tab.

The Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates the arrival of spring and has become a popular seasonal tradition for families and visitors across St. Mary’s County.
