On May 22, at 4:28 p.m., TFC M. Adams responded to the Lexington Park Library for the reported theft of a bicycle.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 46 of Leonardtown. He advised he arrived at the Library at 6:40 p.m. and put his bicycle in the bike rack. When he returned 15 minutes later the bicycle was missing. The bicycle was described as a Trek Mountain bicycle, 24 speed and 23” frame. The bicycle had a new front tire and click peddles requiring special shoes.
Estimated value of the Trek bicycle is $600. The investigation continues.
