Taylor Michaele Riley
LA PLATA, Md. – On Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at approximately 5:42 p.m., Trooper S. Leach responded to the College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus, La Plata MD, to assist Corporal Zimmerman with a disorderly student; later identified as Taylor Michaele Riley, 22 of Parkville.
Riley had entered a classroom late and became disorderly. Corporal Zimmerman advised Riley that she needed to leave due to lateness and Riley refused. Riley continued to be disorderly and disruptive.
She then assaulted Corporal Zimmerman and was placed under arrest. Riley was charged with the following: Failure to Obey Reasonable/Lawful Order; Disturbing the Peace/Disorderly; Disorderly Conduct; and Assault-Second Degree.
