Eric James Gallodoro and Julia Nicole Gallodoro

ST. LEONARD, Md. — Julia Nicole Gallodoro, 30, already facing multiple charges stemming from a high-speed chase on March 18, 2025, has now been charged with second-degree assault following a domestic incident at a residence on Parkers Wharf Road in Saint Leonard, Calvert County. Eric James Gallodoro, 34, has also been charged with second-degree assault in connection with the same incident.

On April 5, 2025, at approximately 10:42 a.m., deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence following an emergency call. Upon arrival, Deputy H. Jones located Julia Gallodoro of Lusby outside the home. Upon arrival, Deputy H. Jones reported finding Julia Gallodoro outside the home. Inside, Eric Gallodoro was observed visibly upset, sweating profusely, out of breath, and with visible scratch marks on his face and body.

Eric Gallodoro told deputies that Julia arrived at the home around 5 a.m., allegedly under the influence of cocaine. He reported that Julia crawled into bed but was restless, prompting an argument. Eric stated that as he tried to push Julia out of the house, a physical confrontation ensued, continuing into the front yard.

Julia Gallodoro provided a differing account, claiming Eric became upset due to her restlessness, and that he began physically assaulting her, resulting in injuries including a bloodied nose.

An additional witness at the residence initially gave conflicting accounts but eventually stated Eric was the primary aggressor. According to Deputy Aley’s report, when the witness was asked why Julia was out of breath they said she was “breathing hard because she just got her ass whooped in here and out here.”

Deputies identified Eric Gallodoro as the primary aggressor and took him into custody, charging him with second-degree assault. However, after further investigation, deputies determined charges against Julia Gallodoro were also warranted due to her involvement in the physical altercation, resulting in her formal charge of second-degree assault as well.

Second-degree assault is classified as a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $2,500 if convicted.

Eric Gallodoro is scheduled to appear in Calvert County District Court on May 6 at 1 p.m. Julia Gallodoro has a preliminary inquiry hearing scheduled for May 19 at 10:30 a.m. in the same courtroom.

This incident adds to Julia Gallodoro’s ongoing legal troubles stemming from a March high-speed pursuit in which she faces charges of fleeing police, possession of cocaine, and reckless driving. During that incident, Gallodoro reportedly told officers she fled because she was “scared” and “did not want to stop.” Her trial on those charges is set for May 12 in Calvert County District Court.

  1. This family has been selling drugs in the Lusby community for more than a decade and constantly has this nonsense going on. Not going to sugar coat that. Constant yelling and domestic issues as well. They’re like cats and their nine lives too if you get my drift. Drugs are bad.
