MECHANICSVILLE, Md. — Emergency crews responded to Budds Creeks Speedway on Sunday, February 23, after a dirt bike rider suffered a head injury following a crash.
The incident occurred around 3:02 p.m. at the speedway, located on Budds Creek Road. According to emergency dispatch reports, the rider, described as a male in his early 20s, crashed and sustained a head injury.
First responders were dispatched to the scene, and medical personnel provided assistance. There is no word yet on the extent of the injuries or if transport to a medical facility was required.
