On February 27 at 12:59 a.m., Calvert County Dep. Michael Economes responded to a disturbance call at Applebee’s Restaurant in Prince Frederick.
Maryland State Troopers were on the scene attempting to break up a fight between two females. A man who appeared intoxicated approached the scene and began cursing at the officers. He was told to stop numerous times but did not.
Dep. Economes placed Keith Aaron Rawlings, 18 of Owings, under arrest and charged him with disorderly conduct.
