St. Mary’s County Vice Narcotics Detectives, assisted by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team, executed a Search and Seizure Warrant on a Mechanicsville residence.
The warrant was related to an investigation that has been ongoing for several months. Vice Narcotics Detectives located 430 Oxycontin and Oxycodone pills valued at $15,000.00, over 100 Alprazolam pills and Amphetamine combined valued at more than $600.00. Almost $1,700.00 in cash was also recovered.
Detectives were able to identify William Jordan,age 32, Abujuma Nader, age 42 and Heather Smith, Age 27, as the distributors of the illegal prescription medication.
They face additional charges after a case review with State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz.
