  1. It is about time for this clown to go to jail. Let this action be a warning sign to all the other FRAUDitors to just stop. And to all the other DAs and police departments to put a stop to this nonsense.

    1. Do you have a problem with the government filming you every where you go, but you have a problem with another citizen doing it. What a clown world we live in.

  2. Dollars to donuts his activism turns to our prison system after this experience. How ya gonna fix the world if you canโ€™t fix your life my friend?

  3. So glad to see one of the Auditors finally be held accountable for their actions. They think they have more rights than the law abiding citizens.

  4. I guess the 1st Amendment is void in Calvert?
This guy is a joke, but his rights were violated in this case.

    1. This guy is looking for a payout. Film, agitate, push someone too far, get a reaction, and sue. These so called first amendment auditors could give a rats rear about the first amendment. Frankly, the first amendment doesnโ€™t need their help. Itโ€™s fine.

  5. Judges are themselves criminals with some of the power they abuse. But they themselves will be judged by our creator.

  6. Apparently he failed to understand and comprehend the law ,the Constitution and lets throw in the Bill of Rights …
    what a dork

  7. He doesn’t care what the judge is said. He is going to end up doing whatever he wants. Those 90 days are a big joke to him.

  8. I better not even run into one of these clowns in public, Iโ€™ll give them something to whine about

  9. Operation Rescue/ right- to- lifers keep cameras pointed at abortion offices and the back door to check for ambulances. To check for abortion injuries. 1 time, 1 of these cameras caught a girl going in in an emergency. It was about 2 am and she had a towel in between her legs.

  10. If he is smart he will file a lawsuit and sue the state, and he will win. The state on Maryland/ county of Calvert better be prepared to fork out a couple of hundred grand. That’s not to bad for 90 days incarcerated.

  11. I think it is so sad that most people do not understand human rights, their rights. Then they get upset when they come across someone who DOES understand.

  12. Its okay for the Government to film us almost everywhere yet when we do it we are Frauditors? That is utterly ridiculous. There is a reason the first amendment is in the constitution. It’s for transparency and to hold our government accountable. Our forefathers knew this was necessary before cameras even existed. It’s sad that many people today blindly obey every command their government gives them without question. That will lead to the end of freedom.
