Mechanicsville, MD – A motor vehicle collision Monday afternoon, Jan. 2 resulted in injuries sustained by four people. The four were transported to an area hospital. None of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening. The crash occurred on northbound Three Notch Road in the area of Mechanicsville Road. It was reported shortly after 1 p.m.
Police temporarily closed the intersection.

Mechanicsville, MD – Shortly before 1 p.m. authorities in St. Mary’s County reported a motor vehicle crash on northbound Three Notch Road in the area of Mechanicsville Road. Motorists bound for this area should use caution. The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office reported at 1:08 p.m. that the intersection was temporarily closed. There are reports that as many as four people may have been injured in the crash.
