Darnall’s Chance House Museum I SPY! program

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — This July, kids can train as colonial spies in a free, hands-on activity hosted by Darnall’s Chance House Museum and Prince George’s County Parks and Recreation. The I SPY! program, designed for ages 6–14, runs Tuesdays and Wednesdays from July 8–30 and immerses participants in the world of 18th-century espionage for General George Washington.

Through interactive activities and role-playing, kids will discover how everyday patriots used secret codes, hidden messages and spy techniques to help win the American Revolution.

Program Details:
Dates: July 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30
Times: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Cost: Free (advance registration required)
Location: Darnall’s Chance House Museum, 14800 Governor Oden Bowie Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD
