Deputy Margaret Smolarsky responded to the reported domestic dispute in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival the victim was located and found to be suffering from a head injury.
She refused medical treatment and suspect John Frank Armour (Age 23 of Lexington Park) was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault.
