At 2pm on December 20, Cpl. Anthony Moschetto conducted a traffic stop on Coster Road in Luby. The driver and passenger, both 16-year-old juveniles, were found to have suspected marijuana and were each charged with possession of marijuana on a youth report and released to a parent.
