PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — Yulia Gennadyevna Uvarova, 34, of Miami Beach, Florida, is facing charges of fourth-degree burglary following an alleged incident of trespassing at a residence in Prince Frederick.
On April 1, 2025, deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call at approximately 3:07 p.m. reporting a trespassing at a residence located on Sixes Road. Upon arrival, deputies met with a female resident who stated that Uvarova had entered the property without permission and refused to leave.
Deputies spoke with the homeowner, who confirmed that Uvarova had no permission or reason to enter his residence. Though he was not present at the time of the incident, two witnesses who were painting inside the home observed Uvarova enter through a closed door. According to the witnesses, Uvarova requested the phone number of someone she was attempting to locate.
Based on witness statements and the homeowner’s confirmation that Uvarova did not have permission to be in the home, deputies placed Uvarova under arrest. She was transported without incident to the Calvert County Detention Center, where she was booked and released on her own recognizance pending trial.
Uvarova has been charged with fourth-degree burglary, which carries penalties including up to three years in jail if convicted.
Uvarova is represented by the Calvert County Public Defender’s Office, and the case is being actively prosecuted by the Calvert County State’s Attorney’s Office. A trial has been scheduled for May 16, 2025, in Calvert District Court.
