LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – On November 11, 2018, Cpl. Stone responded to the 21600 block of Susan Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary.
Cpl. Stone observed Darwin Terrell Banks, age 45 of Lexington Park, inside a storage shed on the property. Banks was arrested for burglary and a suspected CDS smoking device with suspected cocaine residue was located on Banks.
Banks was charged with Burglary 4th Degree, CDS: Possess Paraphernalia, and CDS Possess -Not Marijuana. CASE# 60865-18
