LEONARDTOWN, Md. – St. Mary’s County Government’s Department of Recreation & Parks (R&P) is seeking local youth actors and actresses to showcase their talents for the chance to be cast in this year’s Summerstock production of Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical! Auditions will take place at Carver Recreation Center in Lexington Park on Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Registration is required to audition, with options available to participate in person or by video submission. With a variety of male and female roles to fill, both boys and girls are encouraged to audition. The main cast will be composed of participants ages 13-21, with two additional younger female roles available for girls ages 10-12.

Performances for this year’s Summerstock will return to the Great Mills High School auditorium. Show dates are July 17-19 and July 24-26, 2026, with a total of eight magical performances across both weekends. Tickets will be available for advance purchase on the R&P online catalog starting July 1, 2026.
