On June 5, Dfc. Anthony Whipkey served Kimberly Anne Belt, 40 of Lexington Park with a Peace Order, ordering her not to have any contact with the petitioner, which is Belt’s next door neighbor.
As Dfc. Whipkey was leaving Kimberly Belt’s residence, Belt ran to the front of her residence and yell at her neighbor.
The neighbor/petitioner was at home when Belt yelled. She was arrested for violating the terms of the Peace Order.
