
CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. — A 26-year-old man was airlifted to a trauma center Tuesday, June 10, 2025, after being reportedly stabbed near a job site in Charlotte Hall.
St. Mary’s County sheriff’s deputies responded around 4:41 p.m. to MedStar Health Urgent Care, where the victim had arrived with an abdominal wound. Emergency medical personnel requested a medevac, and firefighters established a landing zone at the nearby Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.
Maryland State Police Trooper 7 transported the victim to an area trauma center for treatment. Authorities said a suspect was quickly taken into custody.
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate.
