Whispering Drive

in Prince Frederick for a reported burglary.  The victim returned home to discover items being removed from his residence by his ex-wife’s son.  Christopher R. Bell, 33 of Prince Frederick was charged and incarcerated at the CalvertCountyDetentionCenter.
