At 1 p.m. Nov. 4, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the intersection of Weeping Willow Court and Pine Cone Circle in Waldorf for the assault report.
Investigation revealed three men assaulted a 54-year-old Waldorf man, stole his jewelry and fled the scene.
The man was familiar with the suspects and officers located them at a residence. Brian Phillip Schultz, 25, of Waldorf, and Steven Edward Schultz Jr., 28, and Daniel William Pickeral, 22, both of Pompano Beach, Fla., were arrested and charged with robbery, theft more than $500 and second degree assault. They are being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending appearances before the District Court Commissioner.
