On February 18 at 3:33 p.m. DFC R. Kreps responded to the North East Community Center in Chesapeake Beach in reference to an intoxicated subject harassing patrons and refusing to leave. Kreps made contact with the suspect, later identified as Frederick Emmett Donahue, 51 of Chesapeake Beach, who became belligerent. Donahue was ultimately arrested after being taken to the ground and was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
