On March 27, 2015, Deputy Muschette responded to a residence in the 21000 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park, for an assault.
The victim alleged, suspect Justin Tripplett Tolliver, age 32, of Lexington Park, bit the victim’s hand during an argument. Deputy Muschette observed fresh injury on the victim’s hand.
Tolliver was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
