On June 16, 2015, Deputy First Class Foor responded to a residence in Leonardtown, for a reported theft.
The victim alleged 11 firearms had been stolen from his home, valued at over $7,500.
During the investigation, DFC Foor obtained information identifying Louis Steven Fenwick, age 37, of Leonardtown, as a suspect.
Fenwick was subsequently arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft $1,000 to $10,000 and Theft Scheme $1,000 to $10,000 by DFC Foor.
