On August 24, 2015, Johnathan W. Thownsend, age 21, of Mechanicsville was discharged from an Inpatient Treatment program. 

Subsequently, being transported back to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. During an intake search, a bottle of urine was recovered. Thownsend was charged with Knowingly Possessing Contraband.
