David T. Dillowย 

Hollywood, MD— On Feb.21, Dfc.Austin Schultz from the St. Maryโ€™s County Sheriffโ€™s Office responded to Clarkes Landing Road in Hollywood referencing a vehicle blocking a driveway.

When Schultz arrived on the scene he observed the operator and sole occupant slumped over the driver’s seat, “apparently asleep, after I knocked on the window I (Schultz) was later able to wake the defendant.” ย 

The defendant was identified as David Thomas Dillow, 30 of Hollywood, who was slumped over the steering wheel.ย 

Schultz opened the driverโ€™s side door and observed suspected heroin on the floor board. A probable cause search revealed a hypodermic needle, a lunch box containing prescription medications and suboxone strips.

Dillow was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center. Dillow was charged with four counts of CDS possession: not marijuana and two counts of paraphernalia.

Dillow at this time does not have a scheduled court date. Dillow faces a maximum jail sentence of 12 years and or a maximum fine of $101,000.ย
