Hollywood, MD— On Feb.21, Dfc.Austin Schultz from the St. Maryโs County Sheriffโs Office responded to Clarkes Landing Road in Hollywood referencing a vehicle blocking a driveway.
When Schultz arrived on the scene he observed the operator and sole occupant slumped over the driver’s seat, “apparently asleep, after I knocked on the window I (Schultz) was later able to wake the defendant.” ย
The defendant was identified as David Thomas Dillow, 30 of Hollywood, who was slumped over the steering wheel.ย
Schultz opened the driverโs side door and observed suspected heroin on the floor board. A probable cause search revealed a hypodermic needle, a lunch box containing prescription medications and suboxone strips.
Dillow was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center. Dillow was charged with four counts of CDS possession: not marijuana and two counts of paraphernalia.
Dillow at this time does not have a scheduled court date. Dillow faces a maximum jail sentence of 12 years and or a maximum fine of $101,000.ย
