LEONARDOWN, Md. – Today we’re excited to celebrate James and Doris, our SPIRIT Award winners for March!
James, Behavioral Health, is known for being a strong nurse leader on night shift. Recently, his thoughtfulness and compassion shined as he helped coordinate a series of evaluations in the manner that was the least disruptive to his patients. James’ collaboration and constant attention to putting the patient first is well known, and his positive attitude makes a difference every day!
Doris, Perioperative Services, is a certified nursing assistant committed to delivering outstanding service with a ready smile. In the Ambulatory Surgery Center, she can be counted on to do anything that needs to be done—and her obvious pride in her work is contagious.
