
SOUTHERN MARYLAND – The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® Southern Maryland chapter’s annual Santa Run is scheduled for Dec. 14 from 9 am to 2 pm. The event provides the public the opportunity to donate holiday “wish list” items to the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.
People can bring their donations to one of the following locations during the Santa Run:
- 9 am Drum Point and Chesapeake Ranch Estates at Clubhouse Dr. and Rousby Hall Rd (motorcycle procession will also ride through the two neighborhoods)
- 9:30 – 10 am: Lusby Ace Hardware
- 10:15 – 10:30 am: Solomons Island Gazebo parking lot
- 11-11:30 am: California WalMart parking lot
- 12-12:15 pm: Leonardtown Square
- 12:45 – 1 pm: Charlotte Hall WaWa
- 1:15 Charlotte Hall Veterans Home
Donation drop-boxes are also located at Burger King locations in California and Charlotte Hall.

• Lotion
• Razors
• After shave balm
• Shampoo
• Deodorant
• Ethnic hair care products
• Clocks or large face watches
• Slippers
• Pajamas
• Sweatpants/sweatshirts
• Men’s and women’s clothing
• Neck pillows
• Adding lights
• Cardigans
• Radios
• Restaurant gift cards
• Amazon or WalMart gift cards
Our nation’s veterans have given so much in service to their country – show them they are not forgotten and are valued for their sacrifice.
Motorcycle Santa and his elves will be available for photos.
CVMA® Maryland 40-3 is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity benefitting U.S. veterans and their families. Donations are tax-deductible and 100% of donations collected during the event will go to the veterans at the home.
