CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. — Authorities in Calvert County are asking for the public’s help in locating a critically missing child.
The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office has issued a missing person alert for 16-year-old Jadeyn Sherbert, who was last seen at approximately 9:16 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, on 4th Street in Chesapeake Beach.
Jadeyn is described as a white female, approximately 5’6” tall and weighing 120 pounds. A photograph distributed by the Sheriff’s Office shows her with long, straight hair and wearing a sleeveless top.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have seen Jadeyn or who may have information on her whereabouts to contact the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office immediately. The assigned contact is Detective Mudd, who can be reached at 410-535-2800.
