
WALDORF, Md. — Two people were transported to the hospital following a crash Tuesday morning in Waldorf.
The incident occurred around 8:20 a.m. on April 7, 2026, at the intersection of St. Charles Parkway and Northgate Place.
Emergency callers reported a collision involving two vehicles, with initial information indicating a possible entrapment. Responding units arrived to find two vehicles involved, with one driver reporting leg and abdominal pain.
According to dispatch information, the crash involved one vehicle traveling straight and another attempting a turn when the collision occurred.
A 35-year-old woman was evaluated at the scene and transported by ambulance to Charles Regional Medical Center with injuries described as non-life-threatening. A second patient, a 59-year-old woman, was also transported to the same hospital for evaluation.
Fire and EMS units remained on scene for approximately 30 minutes while crews secured the area and assisted the patients.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
