Members of the Calvert County Sheriffโs Office responded to Adelina Road in the area of Prison Point Farm in Prince Frederick on May 14 at 12:42 p.m. for a report of a vehicle driving in circles in a field.
A white Ford Explorer was located, occupied by four people.ย A moderate odor of alcohol was detected and the vehicle was splattered with mud.ย The responding officers,ย Deputy Johnny Coates, Cpl. Richard McCourt,ย Sgt. Brian Koehn andย Deputy Joseph Windsor, also observed that there were numerous tire tracks in the yard, a work vehicle parked in the yard that had its window broken out, the front door of a home that had been kicked in and numerous empty beer bottles strewn about.
The damage is estimated at $1,400.
All four occupants of the vehicle were placed under arrest and charged with fourth degree burglary and two counts of destruction of property.ย One of the occupants, a 15-year-old female of Pompano Beach, FL, was charged and released to the Department of Juvenile Services.ย The remaining three, Phillip J. Fremento, 20, of Pompano Beach, Brittni A. Bigans, 19, of New York, and Phillip A. Morris, 22, of Boynton Beach, FL, were arrested and transported to the detention center for processing.
