PORT REPUBLIC, Md. –On December 28 at 3:13 p.m., the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office announced a police training in progress in the area of Broomes Island Road and Hance Road. The training is said to involve “simunition fire”.
Residents in the area should be advised.
