
GLEN BURNIE, Md. — A Brooklyn Park man was arrested late Tuesday night after Anne Arundel County police observed an alleged hand-to-hand drug transaction in a Glen Burnie parking lot.
According to police, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. on March 24, 2026, in the 1800 block of Crain Highway South. Detectives with the Eastern District Strategic Patrol Team witnessed what they believed to be a drug deal and conducted a traffic stop shortly after.
During the stop, officers recovered 11 sealed packages of suspected Suboxone, four suspected Oxycodone pills, and $2,519 in cash. The suspected dealer, identified as Ryan Lamar Holliday Jr., 26, of Brooklyn Park, was taken into custody without incident.
Holliday faces multiple charges, including possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, altering physical evidence, and possession of contraband in a place of confinement. He is currently being held without bond.
A bond hearing is set for March 25, 2026, in Glen Burnie District Court.
