PRINCE FREDERICK, Md – Fire and rescue crews responded at 10:26 a.m. Saturday to a reported structure fire in the 4100 block of Sparkleberry Court in the Fox Field community.
The caller reported a porch fire at a single‑family home and confirmed they were safely outside. No one was trapped, and no injuries were reported.
Units from multiple stations were dispatched. Crews arrived to find fire conditions limited to the exterior porch area. Firefighters quickly ensured the fire was contained, checked for extension into the structure, and secured the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
