OXON HILL, Md. — Authorities in Prince George’s County have arrested a Suitland man following an alleged road rage incident in which a firearm was brandished during a confrontation on Interstate 495. The arrest follows an investigation led by the Maryland State Police and the Highway Gun Crime Initiative.
According to charging documents, the incident occurred on Feb. 15, 2025, at approximately 3:20 p.m. The complainant reported that while driving on I-495 south near Maryland Route 210, he was cut off by a gold Porsche with tinted windows. In response, he flashed his headlights at the vehicle. The driver of the Porsche then allegedly brandished a firearm before exiting onto Interstate 295.
The complainant was able to provide investigators with a description of the suspect’s vehicle, identifying it as a two-door Porsche, possibly a Panamera or Taycan, with a temporary registration reading “442602.” The driver was described as a light-skinned Black male with curly hair, estimated to be in his late 20s.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., law enforcement identified the suspect as Kenyatta Von Williams Jr., 33, of Suitland. Investigators executed a search warrant at his residence, where they found a loaded extended Glock magazine with 27 rounds of ammunition on the front passenger seat of his Porsche.
Williams was advised of his rights and agreed to an interview with investigators. Initially, he denied any involvement in the road rage incident. However, when shown dash camera footage from the complainant’s vehicle, Williams admitted to being present during the encounter. He claimed that while he did possess a firearm at the time, it remained on the seat next to him, covered up. He further stated that the object he allegedly pointed was a magazine reloader, which was stored in the front trunk of the Porsche.
Following his arrest, Williams was transported to the Maryland State Police Forestville barrack for processing. He has been charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and the use of a firearm in the commission of a violent crime.
Williams appeared before a judge for a bail review hearing on Feb. 19, 2025, where he was ordered to be held without bond. However, court records indicate that on Feb. 20, 2025, he was granted private home detention monitoring.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 20, 2025, at Prince George’s County District Court.

Lock him up for a few years, permanently ban him from owning firearms (knowing he will illegally obtain them anyways) and revoke his license. He is a threat to society.
Never flash your headlights. Be the bigger person and ignore them, get home safely.
