GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Anne Arundel County police are searching for two suspects after a woman was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday evening in a Glen Burnie parking lot.
The incident happened around 6:15 p.m. Aug. 13, 2025, in the 7100 block of Ritchie Highway. A 48-year-old woman was walking to her car when a man approached, grabbed her purse and, after a brief struggle, pulled out a handgun. The victim let go, and the suspect fled in a gray Toyota sedan driven by an accomplice, police said.
Officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspects or vehicle. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call 410-222-6135. Anonymous tips can be submitted to the department’s tip line at 410-222-4700.
Police described the gunman as a white male wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and a black ski mask. The second suspect, also wearing a black ski mask, has not been further identified.
