La Plata, Md., (February 1, 2018) – Sagepoint Senior Living Services invites residents of Southern Maryland to enter their third annual Images of Aging Photo Contest. To enter, individuals must recreate a childhood photo, family portrait, or other old photo for a chance to win. The theme of this contest is aging over time, so the recreated photo should be a direct comparison to the original photo. Once you’ve created the ultimate ensemble, submit it for a chance to win! Entries must be submitted electronically via Sagepoint’s website during the month of February. There is no entry fee, however individuals may only submit one (1) entry into the contest. The contest ends Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST (U.S.) and voting will take place the first week of March.
“Our annual photo contest is a lot of fun for Sagepoint,” says Kelsey Pearson, Sagepoint’s Director of Marketing. “We look forward to seeing a fun variety of photo recreations and encourage all members of our community to participate!”
The winning photograph will be determined via the number of Facebook and Instagram likes it acquires during one week (March 1 to March 8) on Sagepoint’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/SagepointCare, and on Sagepoint’s Instagram page, www.instagram.com/SagepointCare. Submitters are encouraged to promote their photos via social media once they are placed on Sagepoint’s Facebook/Instagram pages to garner votes. The two additional winning photographs will be determined via a vote by Sagepoint Senior Living Services’ staff and community (residents). Winners will be announced in March 2018 on Sagepoint’s website as well as their social media pages. Good luck!
