Drug Arrest- On February 24, 2021, Dep. Wimberly was on foot patrol in the 45800 block of Chancellor’s Run Court in Lexington Park.ย  Kyle Eugene Saunders, age 28 of Lexington Park, was located in a vehicle and a plastic baggie was observed, which Saunders was attempting to conceal. A vehicle search was conducted which yielded several additional baggies containing suspected marijuana, and cocaine.ย  Suspected Suboxone strips were also recovered. Saunders was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession- Marijuana plus 10grams and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana. CASE# 9712-21

Violation of Protective Order- On February 25, 2021, Cpl. Flerlage responded to the 21900 block of Rosewood Terrace in Lexington Park, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Jonathon Jacob Resnick, age 47 of Lexington Park, violated a valid court order by threatening the victim. Resnick was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. Assault- On February 26, 2021, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 46149 block of Pleasant Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Sandra Leticia Andrade Hernandez, age 30 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by scratching the victim on the neck. Assault- On February 28, 2021, Dep. Myers responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Corey Lakeith Bowman, age 24, and Diamante Requan Butler, age 23, both of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by punching the victim. Bowman and Butler were charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 10638-21

Assault/Resist Arrest- On March 3, 2021, Dep. Burgess responded to the 46000 block of Saltmarsh Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Erica Salazar Ramiscal, age 23 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by throwing numerous items at the victim, and grabbing the victim’s arm, causing visible injury. During the investigation Ramiscal attempted to push past deputies on the scene, disrupting the investigation and the arrest of another individual.ย  When Ramiscal was taken into custody she continued to pull away from deputies. Ramiscal was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, and Obstructing and Hindering. CASE# 1114-21

Assault/Resisting Arrest- On March 3, 2021, Dep. Burgess responded to the 46000 block of Saltmarsh Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Brittany NMN Groves, age 29 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by throwing a shoe at the victim, which struck the victim in the head, causing visible injury. Groves sat on her hands when advised she was under arrest, and deliberately walked into a deputy on scene. Groves pulled away from deputies and actively resisted arrest, and kicked one deputy on scene. Groves was taken into custody and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest. CASE# 1114-21
