On January 26, 2011 at 9:22 p.m., Tpr. E. R. Mersman responded to the 22000 block of Three Notch Road in California , Md., for a reported domestic assault.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 20, of Great Mills who advised she was assaulted by a male subject following an argument in a residence in 22000 block of Macon Court in Great Mills.
Upon responding to the residence on Macon Court, Tpr. Mersman made contact with the male suspect, Todd Conley Gray, 23, of Great Mills. Following statements given by the female complainant, Gray and a witness, as well as physical evidence that was observed, Tpr. Mersman arrested Todd Gray for Second-Degree Assault. Gray was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
