At 12:57 AM On December 17, H. G. Trueman Road, in Lusby, TFC Bowling stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation.
A MVA check revealed that the operator, Brian Eugene Grimes, 26, of Pasadena, Maryland, was driving on a suspended license.
Incident to arrest, suspected marijuana was located in the vehicle. Mr. Grimes was then charged with possession of marijuana. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
