CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. – The Town provides notice that work will begin this week to remove dead trees along the Town’s boardwalk trails.
On Tuesday, August 19th starting at 7:00am, the last section of the Railway Trail will be closed to the public. (See below map) The trail will remain closed until work is completed.
On Wednesday, August 20th and Thursday, August 21st, Bayfront Park parking lot and trail to the beach will be closed to the public. (See below map) Work is expected to be completed before the end of the week.
Thank you for your patience as contractors and the Chesapeake Beach Department of Public Works address these issues to complete necessary Town maintenance.
