
LEONARDTOWN, Md. — Three people were taken to a local hospital after a two-vehicle head-on collision in Leonardtown on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025.
The collision occurred around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Hollywood Road and Leonards Grant Parkway. First responders arrived to find both vehicles in the roadway and multiple occupants injured.
Emergency medical personnel evaluated two adults and a 17-year-old girl at the scene. A MEDEVAC helicopter was requested for the teen but was unable to fly.
All three patients were transported by ground ambulance to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
