UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson announced today that two former Prince George’s County police officers, Gerald Briscoe and Sierra Alston, and one current Prince George’s County police officer, Timothy Green, have been charged with misconduct in office and related offenses.

Briscoe has been charged with four counts of misconduct in office and one count of conspiracy to commit misconduct in office. Alston has been charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit misconduct in office and one count of solicitation of misconduct in office. Green has been charged with two counts of misconduct in office and one count of conspiracy to commit misconduct in office.

  1. Could you give a clue on what this misconduct was? Severe or practical joke level?Stealing evidence or not refilling the coffee pot when it’s empty? I’ve worked with police and I know they can dream up some pretty nasty stuff.

  2. So you’re going to take out the “ Sexual” part that goes in front of misconduct?

  3. PG County PD is a big cesspool of slores. Not surprising about any misconduct as it always happens from sleeping with each other, other peoples spouses, you name it. Accountability is not a thing because they cover up for each other. Convict them, take their pension.

  4. Where is the details. They put everybody else business on blast. Officers of any law enforcement is NOT above the law put their details out there..smh
